My treadclimber arrived exactly as described. It was in great condition and works like a dream. The only point of contention was the delivery company. It took much longer than expected to receive the treadclimber, but that was totally the delivery company's fault and had nothing to do with Fitness Superstore who processed my order and shipped it out with lightening speed.
