The Octane Elliptical Trainer mimics walking, jogging, and running better than any elliptical made, providing a biomechanically correct natural movement. On many ellipticals, the movement is not as natural causing a start and stop type of stroke, which causes stress on the limbs and joints. The motion on the Octane Elliptical is continuous, and the Octane Elliptical also allows for biomechanically correct reverse movement.
