Our 7 Stage Process

Stage 1: Initial Inspection

Every machine is carefully inspected, tested, and diagnosed
by our talented team of Certified Technicians.

Stage 2: Noise Review

Our Certified Technicians inspect the motion of the machine for unusual noises.
Any system flaws discovered are repaired and/or replaced with new parts.

Stage 3: Disassembly

Each machine is fully disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and
inspected by our Certified Technicians

Stage 4: Parts Replacement

Mechanical parts worn more than 25% are placed.

Drive belts are replaced on all units.

Walking belts are replaced on all treadmills
(excluding Woodways).

All hardware, chains, pulleys, cables, and wheels are
inspected and replaced as needed

Batteries are replaced on all units.

Stage 5: Re-Assembly

The machine is then re-assembled to match factory specifications and
begins to be restored to a "close to new" cosmetic condition.

Stage 6: Exterior Restoration

Machines are sandblasted to original steel for
heavy wear or sanded by hand for light scratches.

Machines are repainted with the latest technology
to eliminate imperfections and prevent discoloration.
Custom colors are also available.

All hardware, chains, pulleys, cables, and wheels are
inspected and replaced as needed

All worn plastic, vinyl, rubber, foam, and end caps
are replaced.

Power cords are inspected for wear and replaced
if necessary.

Lubricants and waxes are applied to ensure
optimum function and longevity.

Stage 7: Final Inspection

In the last stage of the remanufacturing process, our Certified Technicians
re-inspect every machine and re-test every element to guarantee quality.
