The French Fitness MSC10 Multi Function Squat Cage Smith is equipped with different strength machines and exercise stations so you can switch from one exercise to another within the MSC10 floor space. Comes with FF-XAB which can be easily adjusted between incline, flat and decline for precise positioning. Made of durable steel and can be easily adjusted, this bench can be used as a solo incline, flat and decline bench or paired with the MSC10. The FF-XAB comes with the leg extension attachment for leg extension and leg curl exercises and preacher curl attachment to help build your arm muscles.

French Fitness MSC10 Multi Function Squat Cage Smith covers all aspects of strength training, an integrated cable system with high and low pulley stations. Gym accessories can be used at any station to increase your range of motion. The fully adjustable workbench is an excellent component and has been manufactured to a commercial level.
