French Fitness Shasta Lateral Raise
The French Fitness Shasta Lateral Raise targets the back and shoulder muscle groups but gets the weight out of your hands and takes out the stress on the palms. The FFS-LR features a padded stool to sit on to help make sure your form is correct to avoid injury, two padded side arms to rest your forearms and elbows against and grip handles ensures good posture and a smooth movement. The frame structure helps keep your body still, moving only at the shoulders throughout the movement and the lever arm allows you to handle bigger loads without sacrificing form.
