Q: What does "On Display to Order" mean?

A: We have the item in our warehouse, and it's available to see. However, it has not yet been remanufactured, so it is not yet available for pickup or delivery.

Q: Where are they on display and when can I view?

A: We are open 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, and you can view at our 25,000 sq ft Northern California Warehouse:

Q: How long will it take for the item to be ready for pickup or delivery?

A: 1-4 weeks. As this is a wide range, please contact us for exact timing, as it will vary on a product by product basis.

Q: Costs and details if I choose In-Store Pickup?

A: No additional charge. We will call / email you once ready, and, we can help load once you arrive at our warehouse.

Q: Details if I choose Delivery:

A: We offer both curbside delivery and 'Room of Choice' delivery. Our own delivery vehicles will deliver within a 3 hour radius of Benicia, CA, which is most of Northern and Central California. If you are outise of these regions, we will use a 3rd party carrier to deliver. View our shipping for more info

A: it will depend on the product, and on where it is going in your home / facility. View chart below for delivery prices to Northern California
