The French Fitness 45 Degree Back Hyperextension HE450 is an excellent exercise machine for strengthening back muscles, better posture, and robust core strength. The frame is made of commercial grade steel for optimal structural strength and has an electrostatic powder coated finish for maximum longevity. A-frame design maximizes the footprint of the machine, allowing for greater stability. The built-in holes can be used to anchor the machine to the floor for ultimate security. To enhance muscle activation, the thigh pads are adjustable and positions the hip at a precise angle. Dual foot rollers comfortably hold your feet in place while allowing you to maneuver into the ideal angle. For optimal posture and support, both ankle rollers and thigh pads are entirely adjustable for varying height requirements. Dual handles are designed to provide support before, during, and after the workout. The non-slip footplate provides ample space for movement and stability. Standard rubber feet protect base of the frame and prevent the machine from slipping.
