Video above is a French Fitness FFS Silver 8 Stack. Please note the 5 stack (this listing) is the same as in the video, except it has only 1 lat, row, and tricep station - instead of (2). This means ALL exercises seen in the video can be performed on the 5 stack.

The French Fitness FFS Silver 5 Stack Multi Jungle Gym has 5 weight stacks and is perfect for group training. Can be customized with different add-ons up to five workout stations which allows a variety of exercises to be performed with ease. Can serve up to five users simultaneously and do different exercises all at the same time.
