Comes with FF-XAB which can be easily adjusted between incline, flat and decline for precise positioning. Made of durable steel and can be easily adjusted, this bench can be used as a solo incline, flat and decline bench or paired with the MSC10. The FF-XAB comes with the leg extension attachment for leg extension and leg curl exercises and preacher curl attachment to help build your arm muscles.
