The French Fitness Olympic Camber Bar's design forces the upper body to stay in a vertical position during the squat movement enabling you to get more depth. Your hands rest on the camber bar at a lower level than they would on a straight bar. Alternately, the hands can be positioned at various heights on the vertical poles allowing you to increase the range of motion or change the center of gravity. The camber also makes it easier for the weight to rest on your shoulders. So, you can focus entirely on gaining explosive power.
