Description

The French Fitness R20 Full Squat Rack / Power Cage is made with a heavy-duty steel frame reinforced with a durable powder-coated finish. Features a small footprint of 39" x 48" and a height of 89" to fit installations for garages and home gyms that have limited space. The uprights are made of sturdy 75 x 75 x 3mm heavy-duty laser-cut steel, and the various height adjustments provide increased stability while working out. Use the pull-up bar for additional exercises and stretches to grow your workout options. Comes with a pair of J-hooks, which you can mount at different heights inside or outside of the rack to create a squat rack or bench press. Features spotter arms that can be adjusted to a range of heights so that workouts can be done safely. It will protect you whether you drop the barbell downward, forward, or backward while you are lifting.
