The Nustep T4 (aka TRS4000) Recumbent Cross Trainer is the best selling and most popular nustep trainer. It is also highly recommended by physicians for older patients. The workout is a natural motion that is easy on the hip and knee joints in a biomechanically correct workout position. It allows for Total Body Conditioning of the cardiovascular and muscular systems.

“I have problems with my left leg that don't allow me to do many exercises (including walking) fast enough or for a long enough period of time to increase my heart rate. The Nustep allows me to do cardio & strength training for my legs that I otherwise couldn't do. In theory I know I could go to a gym to use a machine like this, but in practice, I just don't. I have used this machine 5 days/week since it arrived.
Fitness superstore gave great customer service and sent me a refurbished machine that is like new. Their delivery vendor was easy to work with and very responsive as well.”
