One of the best and power machines on the market. I've had one going on 10 years and it's still a workhorse. I met this machine at a high class hotel many years ago and fell in love with the design and the benefits this machine provides. The upper body as well as the lower body get a good cardio workout. I'm looking for another one for my vacation residence.
