Methods of Payment Accepted
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can enter your credit card details on our secure online checkout. We can also accept credit cards by phone, or if you contact us we can email a credit card form with details prefilled for your purchase
PayPal: We accept PayPal. Simply click "Checkout with PayPal" on the shopping cart or checkout page, and follow the steps from there. The "Checkout with PayPal" button is located below the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Checks (Personal, Cashiers, Money Orders, etc.) & Wire Transfers: We accept checks and wire transfers. To pay by check or wire transfer, there are a few options. You can complete the online checkout and select 'check by mail' (or 'wire transfer') as the payment method. Once you submit the order the wire / check remittance info will be provided. Alternatively, you can call us at 925-215-2927 or Email Us and we will provide instructions. If emailing, include a screenshot of the shopping cart, as well as your address info. We will not be able to 'hold' your item while the check is in transit unless the tracking info of the check is sent to us. Once the check is received, and the inventory is verified, we will cash the check. If there is an issue we will contact the customer using the methods provided. If we do not hear back the transaction will be canceled and the check returned.
Electronic Check (E-Check)/ Checking Account: We accept E-Check payments through PayPal. Simply click "Checkout with PayPal', and use your PayPal account to pay. Also, we can accept E-Check payments by phone or email. Please call 925-215-2927 or email email@example.com
Cash: We accept cash on local sales only. Please contact us at 925-215-2927 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about paying by cash
Purchase Orders: We do accept purchase orders from government agencies. Feel free to contact us at 925-215-2927 or email email@example.com to inquire about completing your order by a purchase order. You can email your purchase order to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to 1-800-346-2960
Amazon Pay: We now accept Amazon Pay through our online checkout. Select on the Shopping Cart page, not on the checkout page
International Buyers: These conditions apply to customers outside the United States and Canada only. To obtain a shipping quote, you can add the item to your shopping cart, and enter your country. Shipping is for door to your nearest Ocean Port, which may or may not be in your country. Click here for more info on International Shipping
Sales Tax: 8.375% is charged to all California Buyers. Tax is not charged to buyers of any other states.
Puerto Rico: We charge 10.5% sales tax to Puerto Rico - as is standard with all USA imports. No additional fees will be charged by Puerto Rico or anyone else after. Out online checkout includes the price for door to door (curbside) shipping to Puerto Rico.
VAT / GST Taxes to Canada: Only applies to customers from Canada. Payment for VAT/GST taxes and customs/brokerage fees is collected at the time of payment. We only charge 5%, as we have a NAFTA free trade agreement. It will be processed through our online checkout. VAT / GST Taxes (Outside USA/Canada): All International customers (excluding Canada) are responsible for VAT/GST taxes and customs/brokerage fees. Q: I ordered an item, completed checkout, selected paypal as payment, but did not complete payment, or receive a paypal receipt. Did I pay? How do I complete payment or cancel my order?
A: Click Order Status on the footer of our website to login, and view your order history. Click 'View or Change Order'. On this page, you will see your order details. If payment was not completed the Order Status will say 'Awaiting Payment'. To complete payment, you can either change your method of payment and pay by credit card, pay by paypal, or email us if you wanted to cancel your order.
Q: I am having problems placing an order on your website. The order was declined.
A1: This could be a variety of issues. First thing to do is make sure everything is entered correctly:
A2: Make sure the billing address matches the address on your billing statement, and the CVV Code is entered and correct.
A3: Your phone number and email address are entered, and appear in the appropriate fields. Make sure 'Evening Phone' is blank if proving 1 phone number.
A4: Make sure the shipping address is entered and is a valid address.
B1: If everything is entered correctly it may be a problem with your credit card. Here are the most common issues:
B2: Most credit card issuers have a daily spending limit, and a spending limit per transaction. If you suspect this, you can usually get a temporary limit increase by calling your credit card company. Otherwise, you may need to try a different card. If you receive a 15005 error code on our checkout, then this is the issue.

Q: I want to pay by credit card but do not feel comfortable entering the information online, can you take payment by phone?
A: We do take payment by phone. You can call us 7 days a week at 925-215-2927.
Q: Why is entering my phone number required at checkout? Most companies do not require this info.
A1: While Fedex or UPS do not need to contact you to schedule a delivery, the Freight Carriers and Moving Companies we use will need to contact you first to setup a delivery time.
A2: It is an extra measure of fraud protection for suspicious transactions
Q: I placed an order and the information on the receipt is incorrect and needs to be changed, and/or I was billed incorrectly.

Q: I placed an order and when I login the Order Status says 'Processing'
