The French Fitness Tahoe Power Cage / Full Rack allows you to progressively enhance your strength and power training by providing you with a solid and functional platform. Includes a rear extension with 6 (six) Olympic plate storage to keep plates close and tidy for quick weight changes. The rear extension features 24 (twenty-four) different settings with laser-cut numbering to accommodate all your weight lifting needs. The multi-grip pull-up bar allows you to increase overall upper body strength and adds variety to your workouts. J hooks assist you in properly positioning your barbell to start your desired workout, making your training safer. Adjustable horizontal safety bars hold Olympic weights and bars in case of a missed rep. Use the upper and lower resistance band anchors in conjunction with barbell lifts to boost your power and explosion to new heights. Perfect movements such as squatting, lunging, and rotating using the plate pivot landmine attachment. Also includes built-in bar holder and cable attachments so you can keep your training space tidy and safe.
