The Landmine Plate Pivot from Body-Solid is a portable rotational training base which inserts into the center hole of Olympic weight plates to create an anchor system for functional core training using an Olympic barbell. As part of Body-Solid's Landmine Attachment (LMA) series, the Landmine Plate Pivot is intended for use with an Olympic bar and Olympic weightlifting plates or bumper plates. The Body-Solid Post Landmine Trainer offers 360-degree multi-planar movement for functional strength training with free weights since the post will turn freely to either side inside the anchor stack of weight plates, and the pivot allows the Olympic bar to raise and lower from ground level to full extension overhead.
