First Degree Fitness' top model UBE incorporates multiple adjustments to accommodate elite athletes, standard commercial applications, wheelchair access and a variety of disabilities. Whatever your requirements, this versatile machine delivers a challenging workout or a tailored exercise regime to suit specific needs.
The chair removes completely for wheelchair access but can be rolled to the back stop position for standing access (no need to remove). The base platform is designed to accommodate all forms of wheelchair (standard and sports specific). With the ability to adjust the seat position, rotating arm height, length of crank arm and handgrip rotation, the ergonomics can be ideally tailored to individual requirements.
Workload, using our patented Variable Fluid Resistance, can be instantly adjusted from 'feather light' to Olympic challenge and operates in both the forward and reverse direction for total muscle engagement. The crank arms can be quickly changed from opposed hand location to parallel hand position (hand cycling).
