Description

The French Fitness E200 Commercial Elliptical targets both your upper and lower body in a low-impact workout. Your feet never leave the pedals thus reducing the stress and strain on your leg muscles while the handlebars are pushed and pulled with the leg movement. This alternate rhythmic movement of the legs and arms acts on your biceps, triceps, lats, deltoids, hips, and thighs giving you a complete workout. Comes with a LED screen that displays your time, distance, calories, speed, resistance, and heart rate. The E200 offers a 20-inch stride with 20 levels of adjustable resistance to suit your fitness needs.
