The French Fitness FFB Black P/L Super V-Squat Plate Loaded pivots almost exactly like real movement, perfect for body building, conditioning and rehab exercises. Uses fulcrums, bearings, and pivots, which need only minimal maintenance. Features a protection hook to help assist with beginning and ending each set, and squat safely without the need for a spotter. Contoured shoulder pad, backrest pad, and rubber foot pad for superior comfort. The four easily accessible weight horns provide quick changes between reps, for more effective and powerful workouts.
