Description

The French Fitness FFS Silver Pectoral Fly is a great equipment for beginners and advanced users who want to target their chest muscles without having to worry about losing their balance when using a bench, a ball, or standing. Its major purpose is to work the chest muscles, which helps to strengthen your core and arms. Swiveling handles self-align to the user's wrist during exercise and rotates to accommodate users with diff arm lengths. Users can adjust the seat to their desired height with one hand. Adjust the best resistance from a seated position by sliding the selector pin in the weight stack and using the dial to add weight in small increments. Standard rear shrouds limit access to the machine's working parts for added protection. Heavy-duty rubber feet protect the floor from damage. Made of extremely durable oval steel frame with two layers of anti-static powder coating for maximum adhesion and longevity
