The French Fitness FSR100/R20 Lat Pulldown / Low Row Attachment simply connects to the back of your FSR100 Commercial Functional Smith Rack System improving your workout options whilst still saving floor space. This attachment allows user to utilize both lat pull down and lat row exercises including triceps presses, bicep curls, and shrugs that target the upper back, shoulders and arms.
