Description
The French Fitness FSR50-MONOLIFT Attachment ensures that you begin each lift from a steady, balanced, and guided position. Features a top counterweight that causes the hooks to swing toward the rack and stay there when you lift the bar off the Monolift. The weight of the bar will ensure that the hooks stay down when you place the barbell on the bar catchers. The catchers pivot up and out of the way as soon as the bar is unstacked, providing you enough space to squat and lift without hitting it. This eliminates the need to move a few steps back and balance yourself and enables you to squat in the same spot that you un-racked the barbell. When you are about to finish a set of squats, you don't need to take a full step forward; you simply need to lean forward slightly to rerack the barbell.
