French Fitness LMA10 Landmine - Rack or Floor Mounted
The French Fitness LMA10 Landmine's 360 degrees of pivot action allow you to train rotations and presses, which will develop your core, balance, mobility, and strength. The landmine can be mounted easily, on the wall, the floor, or the uprights of the racks, staying out of the way of any other work being done inside the cage. The two lips on either side of the mount wrap around the upright and are fastened with bolts and nuts. The pivot is simple to attach, detach, or adjust and works with 1" and 2" Olympic bars.
