The French Fitness Marin Series is built for Iso-lateral Exercises to work on one particular side of the body isolating muscles from the other. Geared for diverging and converging iso-lateral movement, the design lets you focus your concentration and energy to lift the weight on its own without the assistance of the other side. This allows improved strength independently on each side of the body. The French Fitness Marin Series is designed with high-density PU leather cushions for safety and comfort and is made of Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welded steel frame that will last through your toughest workout.
