The French Fitness Tahoe P/L Shoulder-Overhead Press Plate Loaded features converging and iso-lateral movements to isolate deltoid muscles and build strong, defined upper back and shoulder muscles. This unique machine features slightly reclined backrest to reduces lower back strain, adjustable seat to fit athletes of all sizes and extra-sized handles are angled to reduces pressure on the hands for greater comfort when pressing.
