The French Fitness Telluride Triceps Press Seated Dip is designed to develop your triceps while also increasing the size of your arm muscles. This press can be utilized to strengthen your chest and shoulders too. The upward motion of the press works your pecs, which strengthens your chest. The grip rotates in and out for a wide or narrow grip, accommodating a wide range of user shoulder widths. Provides pronated grip and neutral grip and an angled back pad to relieve tension, improve stability, and increase comfort. The seat can be adjusted to the user's preferred height with one hand. From the seated position, adjust the best resistance by sliding the selector pin in the weight stack and adding incremental weight with the dial. Standard rear shrouds prevent access to the machine's working parts for added security. Heavy duty rubber feet guard against floor damage. Made of extremely durable oval steel frame with two layers of anti-static powder coating for optimum adherence and durability.
