Extent of Warranty: This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase.
Manufacturer Warranty
All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc. invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:
- Use of lacquer or paints
- Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-approved surfaces
- Outdoor applications
- Normal wear and tear or weathering
- Use of product not in accordance with instructions
Golden Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of use of sauna or other Golden Designs, Inc. products or other secondary or incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages - which may include the removal of permanent deck or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal - arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Golden Designs, Inc. or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. *Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The radio and wood structure have a 1 year limited warranty.

Full Assembly & Installation (491)
ASSEMBLY & ROOM OF CHOICE INSTALLATION NEEDED?
Your machine(s) are placed on the closest curb to your location accessible by a 24 foot box truck. If you don't have a curb it will be the end of the driveway / part of your property closest to the street. It is a 1 person delivery, and it will arrive in a crate. The truck will back up, use a liftgate, and drop the pallet off. The customer will be responsible for placing the machine where they want it, as well as removing / disposing of packaging. Some products will arrive disassembled, and some fully assembled. See the product page for more info, or contact us if you need any clarification on whether or not this method will apply to your situation. Shipping transportation time is 2-14 Business Days if you’re in the lower 48 states, and longer outside.
This means it will likely ship Fedex if ordered alone, or with another similar sized item, and drop off where most Fedex boxes drop off to. However if this is a a part of a bigger order, like a large item and this item are part of the same order, or many smaller items, and the size and weight become too costly for Fedex, it will ship via freight and deliver curbside.
The LTL Freight Carrier we hire would come equipped with a liftgate, and a pallet jack, and the driver would take it as far as it could go on a pallet jack. This service only includes going across gravel / concrete, so, if there are barriers such as stairs, softer dirt, grass, a ledge, or a width that is less wide than the crate, then this service would not suffice. The carrier will not do any unpacking or debris removal with this service. Typically this service would get it to the customers garage.
This would involve us shipping to your place directly by Fedex or Curbside via Freight, then once received, you would contact an assembler to move the item to the room of choice and assemble. With this option, you (the customer) would be responsible for debris removal. To know if the item ships by Fedex or Curbside via Freight, our online checkout will state this. If Fedex, Fedex would deliver the item(s) in box(es) to your door - or wherever Fedex / UPS Ground would typically drop off packages. If Curbside via Freight, it would be delivered curbside on a pallet and it would be your responsibility to move into a safe area until the assembler shows up - which will typically take about a week.

The item will be delivered fully assembled in any room, whether it is up 4 flights of stairs, or needs to be takes apart to fit through a doorway, they will get it done at the 'Room of Choice' Delivery Price - even when it requires up to 3-4 men. Packaging material will be removed and hauled away. Machine will always be received Fully Assembled. Sometimes it will be assembled on site, other times it will be shipped fully assembled. Once the machine ships we will email you tracking numbers, which will tell you the approximate date of arrival. Once the machine arrives to the local delivery terminal, the shipping company will call you at the phone number(s) provided to schedule a delivery time. They are flexible on the dates, and would generally provide a 2-4 hour window in terms of when they would deliver. Please note it will not be delivered until the company gets in contact with you to setup a delivery time with the phone number(s) you provide us. Please provide any additional contact methods under 'Order Comments' to ensure quick delivery. Also, in cases when you are unavailable or out of town, delivery can be delayed up to 1 month by the shipping company at no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: These notes do not apply to Northern California or International deliveries (See below).

GoldenDesigns GDI-8030-03 3-Person Full Spectrum PureTech Near Zero EMF FAR Infrared Sauna with Himalayan Salt Bar, the Carbon Tech heating panels are engineered to produce a wider, softer heat that is evenly distributed throughout the sauna. Golden Designs Carbon Tech heating panels cover a significantly larger surface within the sauna.
Sauna Use: Indoor Only
The most commonly used temperature setting is between 118 degrees Fahrenheit / 48 degrees Celsius and 122 degrees Fahrenheit / 50 degrees Celsius. The way the sauna room works is when you set the Control Panel to say 120 degrees F / 49 degrees C, the heat emitters will turn off when that set temperature is reached. And even though the sauna does allow the user to set the Control Panel to 151 degrees F/66 degrees C, this is specifically for those users who do not want the heat emitters to ever turn off as the sauna room will never achieve 151 degrees F / 66 degrees C.
Infrared Saunas warm the body in the same manner as natural sunlight. Far Infrared Heat therapy uses the wavelength of the visible and non-visible light spectrum of sunlight that heats the body normally. Traditional saunas raise the temperature of the air to a very high level within the chamber to warm the body. Some people have difficulty breathing in this extremely warm air. Far infrared saunas work differently. Instead of heating the air within the enclosure, far infrared saunas heat the body directly. The result is deeper tissue penetration. In the far infrared sauna, the body perspires and receives all of the healthy benefits and avoids the harmful and extremely hot air of a traditional steam sauna.
Steam heat the air, IR penetrates the pores and heats the body. IR is proven as far more effective as far as healthy outcomes are concerned.
Near Zero: Golden Designs Near Zero EMF Saunas were designed to provide the ultimate natural thermal experience in a safe environment. These sauna models feature our PureTech Near Zero EMF Heating Technology that uses FAR infrared wavelengths to deliver heat therapy while maintaining a near zero EMF standard, an industry first!
Low EMF: Golden Designs Saunas are constructed of reforested Canadian Hemlock wood planks that feature FAR Infrared Low EMF carbon heating panels. These saunas can be placed in any room of your home and can help relax and rejuvenate the body.
Measurements are completed with an EMF meter.
- Readings for our Low EMF sauna models range between 5mG - 10mG at approximately two inches away from the heating panels.
- Readings for our Ultra Low EMF sauna models range between 3mG - 5mG at approximately two inches away from the heating panels.
- And readings for our NEAR Zero EMF sauna models range below 3mG at the same distance for the heating panels.
We also recommend the Trifield EMF Meter Model TF2 as there are many less expensive EMF meters on the market that are less accurate if you wanted to test for yourself.
