Warranty Details
Warranty period starts the day the machine is delivered to your home
Warranty service in Northern California will be provided by our fitness repair technicians
Warranty service outside of Northern California will be provided by our network of fitness technicians
A technician is dispatched for diagnosis usually within one week after the service request
Warranty is directly through Fitness Superstore and is non-transferable; valid only through original purchaser
If there are any cosmetic defects on arrival, please contact us within a week of delivery so we can fix the issue. If we are not notified within a week, it will not be covered.
What is not included?
Standard Maintenance (Labor not covered): These are things that require just a wrench and adjusting a nut to calibrate, and/or adjusting tension knobs to fix or adjust. Directions will be provided to the user to make these adjustments, and we can ship a tool to do the adjustment, or the cleaning material, if requested.
- Adjusting leveling feet
- Adjusting tension of treadmill belts
- Adjusting tensions of cables on strength equipment
- Calibrating the equipment
- Lubrication of equipment including walking belts
- Cleaning of displays and grips and also removal of debris from ramps, wheels, and other moving parts to prevent buildup and issues.
Woodway belt disclaimer: For all Woodway treadmills, we ship used belts unless the option of a new belt is selected when purchasing. If the belt malfunctions, we will replace the appropriate part on the belt (Not the entire). They will be replaced with used belt parts. The used belt parts will make the treadmill work like new again, but they will not be brand new. Note that this only applies to all Woodways, and belts are fully covered on other treadmills.
Any mechanical, software and cosmetic issues that are a direct result of improper use, physical damage, or the user engaging in an activity which the operational manual specifically warns against doing or caused by the user
disassembling/reassembling the machine.
Cosmetic defects including but not limited to scratches, broken plastic, peeling stickers/logos/overlays, discoloration, etc., unless defective on arrival. If cosmetics defects are present, they must be reported within 1 week of receipt of the machine.
Software Updates: We will download the latest possible software for the machine when it's sent. However, if there is a new version of software that becomes available later on, we can advise you on updating, though our warranty will not cover. Of course, if your software is malfunctioning, that is covered, but if it's just an older version, that is not covered.
Water, fire, heat, wind, or elemental damages: This type of damage will likely occur if the machine is left in an outdoor setting. Leaving the machine exposed to outdoor elements causes the machine to wear and deteriorate significantly quicker than indoors. Garage settings are covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover Total Loss. If the product or major parts to the machine, are reported as stolen/missing the warranty is void.
The residential warranty will become void if the machine is used in a commercial setting.
NOTE under the warranty that we will send parts out. Failure to return any unused/defective/ old parts with the return shipping label provided, will void the warranty
Warranty labor service is only valid in the United States/Canada only.
International Warranty: We do offer a parts warranty for all international transactions. Please note that it will be parts only, and does not include labor. We do, however, have technicians available by phone and email who can walk you through installing or diagnosing the issue, and appropriate part to replace. All remanufactured items which ship internationally will include a 1 year parts warranty, along with the option of purchasing an extended parts warranty of 2, 3, 4, or 5 years total. You can select the option, and view costs on the product page on our website by selecting the appropriate parts & labor warranty (which will be parts only when shipper outside the USA or Canada). Please note that Fitness Superstore will cover all shipping charges related to shipping warrantied parts internationally. Please also note that new products will include the manufacturers warranty, which may or may not be valid for items shipped outside the USA.

Full Assembly & Installation (491)
ASSEMBLY & ROOM OF CHOICE INSTALLATION NEEDED?
Your machine(s) are placed on the closest curb to your location accessible by a 24 foot box truck. If you don't have a curb it will be the end of the driveway / part of your property closest to the street. It is a 1 person delivery, and it will arrive in a crate. The truck will back up, use a liftgate, and drop the pallet off. The customer will be responsible for placing the machine where they want it, as well as removing / disposing of packaging. Some products will arrive disassembled, and some fully assembled. See the product page for more info, or contact us if you need any clarification on whether or not this method will apply to your situation. Shipping transportation time is 2-14 Business Days if you’re in the lower 48 states, and longer outside.
This means it will likely ship Fedex if ordered alone, or with another similar sized item, and drop off where most Fedex boxes drop off to. However if this is a a part of a bigger order, like a large item and this item are part of the same order, or many smaller items, and the size and weight become too costly for Fedex, it will ship via freight and deliver curbside.
The LTL Freight Carrier we hire would come equipped with a liftgate, and a pallet jack, and the driver would take it as far as it could go on a pallet jack. This service only includes going across gravel / concrete, so, if there are barriers such as stairs, softer dirt, grass, a ledge, or a width that is less wide than the crate, then this service would not suffice. The carrier will not do any unpacking or debris removal with this service. Typically this service would get it to the customers garage.
This would involve us shipping to your place directly by Fedex or Curbside via Freight, then once received, you would contact an assembler to move the item to the room of choice and assemble. With this option, you (the customer) would be responsible for debris removal. To know if the item ships by Fedex or Curbside via Freight, our online checkout will state this. If Fedex, Fedex would deliver the item(s) in box(es) to your door - or wherever Fedex / UPS Ground would typically drop off packages. If Curbside via Freight, it would be delivered curbside on a pallet and it would be your responsibility to move into a safe area until the assembler shows up - which will typically take about a week.

The item will be delivered fully assembled in any room, whether it is up 4 flights of stairs, or needs to be takes apart to fit through a doorway, they will get it done at the 'Room of Choice' Delivery Price - even when it requires up to 3-4 men. Packaging material will be removed and hauled away. Machine will always be received Fully Assembled. Sometimes it will be assembled on site, other times it will be shipped fully assembled. Shipping transportation time is 5-17 Business Days (in addition to the processing time stated on the item page to leave our warehouse), depending on where you are located. Please note the possible wait time for 'room of choice' deliveries. We will need to know exactly where it is going in your home, including width of the most narrow door, info / pics on turns, and number of stairs involved. Please note you might be sent an email from us requesting measurements of doorways, and videos / pictures of the path, among other things. Failure to provide correct info could result in delays, as well as your item(s) needing to be redelivered due to the delivery company not having the proper notes to make the delivery.
This applies to Garages, warehouses, etc. The essential rule to meet this rate is to make sure is can be rolled on wheels for the entire path (no ledges or stairs), the path is at least 60" wide, and that it does not need and disassembly. If there is 1 step, ledge, a door, or the path is under 60" wide, then one of the below options will need to be selected. The packaging material will be removed and hauled away. Once the machine ships we will email you tracking numbers, which will tell you the approximate date of arrival. Once the machine arrives to the local delivery terminal, the shipping company will call you at the phone number(s) provided to schedule a delivery time. They are flexible on the dates, and would generally provide a 2-4 hour window in terms of when they would deliver. Please note it will not be delivered until the company gets in contact with you to setup a delivery time with the phone number(s) you provide us. Please provide any additional contact methods under 'Order Comments' to ensure quick delivery. Also, in cases when you are unavailable or out of town, delivery can be delayed up to 1 month by the shipping company at no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: These notes do not apply to Northern California or International deliveries (See below).
