Your machine(s) are placed on the closest curb to your location accessible by a 24 foot box truck. If you don't have a curb it will be the end of the driveway / part of your property closest to the street. It is a 1 person delivery, and it will arrive in a crate. The truck will back up, use a liftgate, and drop the pallet off. The customer will be responsible for placing the machine where they want it, as well as removing / disposing of packaging. Some products will arrive disassembled, and some fully assembled. See the product page for more info, or contact us if you need any clarification on whether or not this method will apply to your situation. Shipping transportation time is 2-14 Business Days if you’re in the lower 48 states, and longer outside.

This means it will likely ship Fedex if ordered alone, or with another similar sized item, and drop off where most Fedex boxes drop off to. However if this is a a part of a bigger order, like a large item and this item are part of the same order, or many smaller items, and the size and weight become too costly for Fedex, it will ship via freight and deliver curbside.

The LTL Freight Carrier we hire would come equipped with a liftgate, and a pallet jack, and the driver would take it as far as it could go on a pallet jack. This service only includes going across gravel / concrete, so, if there are barriers such as stairs, softer dirt, grass, a ledge, or a width that is less wide than the crate, then this service would not suffice. The carrier will not do any unpacking or debris removal with this service. Typically this service would get it to the customers garage.

This would involve us shipping to your place directly by Fedex or Curbside via Freight, then once received, you would contact an assembler to move the item to the room of choice and assemble. With this option, you (the customer) would be responsible for debris removal. To know if the item ships by Fedex or Curbside via Freight, our online checkout will state this. If Fedex, Fedex would deliver the item(s) in box(es) to your door - or wherever Fedex / UPS Ground would typically drop off packages. If Curbside via Freight, it would be delivered curbside on a pallet and it would be your responsibility to move into a safe area until the assembler shows up - which will typically take about a week.

2. Placement of machine in the specified area

The item will be delivered fully assembled in any room, whether it is up 4 flights of stairs, or needs to be takes apart to fit through a doorway, they will get it done at the 'Room of Choice' Delivery Price - even when it requires up to 3-4 men. Packaging material will be removed and hauled away. Machine will always be received Fully Assembled. Sometimes it will be assembled on site, other times it will be shipped fully assembled. Shipping transportation time is 5-17 Business Days (in addition to the processing time stated on the item page to leave our warehouse), depending on where you are located. Please note the possible wait time for 'room of choice' deliveries. We will need to know exactly where it is going in your home, including width of the most narrow door, info / pics on turns, and number of stairs involved. You can provide this info in the order comments in our checkout, or we will email you after the order is placed. It will need to be proved prior to shipping.

*Please note that room of choice delivery does not include a demonstration of how to use the product, or even plugging it in. The delivery people are movers, not fitness experts. Please note you might be sent an email from us requesting measurements of doorways, and videos / pictures of the path, among other things. Failure to provide correct info could result in delays, as well as your item(s) needing to be redelivered due to the delivery company not having the proper notes to make the delivery.

Once the machine ships we will email you tracking numbers, which will tell you the approximate date of arrival. Once the machine arrives to the local delivery terminal, the shipping company will call you at the phone number(s) provided to schedule a delivery time. They are flexible on the dates, and would generally provide a 2-4 hour window in terms of when they would deliver. Please note it will not be delivered until the company gets in contact with you to setup a delivery time with the phone number(s) you provide us. Please provide any additional contact methods under 'Order Comments' to ensure quick delivery. Also, in cases when you are unavailable or out of town, delivery can be delayed up to 1 month by the shipping company at no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: These notes do not apply to Northern California or International deliveries (See below).

We deliver on our own vehicles for Northern California. No tracking will be provided. We will call you in advance to schedule an appointment. It is usually quicker.
