Commercial Grade Product Warranty
Intended for gyms, health clubs, and fitness centers, where a high volume of users will be utilizing the equipment continuously throughout the day.
Light Commercial Grade Product Warranty
Intended for settings like schools, police stations, hospitals, rehab centers, and hotels, where usage is expected to be around 2-4 hours per day.
Warranty is void when the equipment is used in high-traffic commercial settings.
Home Use Product Warranty
Tailored for personal use within home settings. With a usage recommendation of under one hour per day, these products are designed for individual or small-group workouts.
Warranty is void when the product is used in light commercial and commercial settings.
USA & Canada Warranty Terms
- For customers within the USA and Canada, the warranty covers ALL parts for a period 10 years from the date of purchase.
- The warranty also covers labor for a period 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Types of equipment covered by the 10 years parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty are cardio equipment, gym systems, racks and cages, plate loaded equipment, benches, selectorized equipment, and storage racks.
- Gym accessories, free weights, and flooring come with a 1 year limited parts warranty. If an item becomes non-functional due to breakage, we will replace it free of charge. Please note that cosmetic defects (such as chunks of rubber missing), gashes, and other wear and tear are not covered unless reported within 7 days of receipt of the items.
- Cosmetic defects are covered for the first 7 days upon receipt of the items.
- Labor warranty is extendable for $100/year on strength equipment and $150/year on cardio equipment.
How to Redeem Your French Fitness Warranty
Step 1: Contact us to initiate the warranty claim process. Send us relevant photos or videos of the damage. We will then evaluate the best solution to address your concerns.
Step 2: Our support team will confirm that we have received your queries within 24 hours, and will respond with the course of action shortly afterwards.
Step 3: We will assess the necessary repairs and provide the required parts and detailed instructions. If the machine is no longer covered by the labor warranty, we will guide you through the installation or repair process. Alternatively, upon request, we can recommend qualified technicians in your area to handle the labor.
Step 4: If your machine is covered by labor warranty, a technician will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks of receiving a service request.
- Northern California: Warranty service will be performed by our in-house technicians.
- Outside Northern California: Warranty service will be performed by a trusted member of our nationwide network of technicians.
Note 1: The warranty will be void if the customer fails to show up for a scheduled service call, unless they pay the technician directly. A trip charge will apply once the technician is dispatched. If the customer fails to show for a scheduled service call and does not communicate with the technician, they will be responsible for the trip charge.
Note 2: If we send parts under the warranty, we will cover all shipping charges for warrantied parts. The customer also agrees to return any unused, defective, or old parts using the provided return shipping label. Failure to return parts replaced will void the warranty.
Inclusions
The warranty covers the following:
- This warranty covers any mechanical or electronic issues that prevent the machine from functioning like new.
- Full coverage for all parts replacement, including structural moving parts such as bearings, pulleys, cables, motors, and batteries, if they cause the machine to malfunction.
- Coverage for wearable parts heart rate monitors, pedals, treadmill decks, running belts, track wheels, and similar components, if they cause the machine to malfunction.
- Coverage for software issues such as error screen messages, program malfunctions, and console resets.
- Within the USA and Canada, 100% labor costs coverage, including unlimited on-site technician diagnostic and repair visits.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Improper Use and Physical Damage:
- Mechanical, software, and cosmetic issues resulting from improper use, physical damage, or actions contrary to the operational manual.
- Damage caused by disassembling or reassembling the machine.
- Cosmetic Defects:
- Scratches, broken plastic, peeling stickers/logos/overlays, discoloration, and similar cosmetic issues, unless present upon receipt.
- If cosmetic defects are present upon arrival, contact us within one week of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the issue not being covered.
- Environmental Damage:
- Damage from water, fire, heat, wind, or other elements, such as leaving the machine outdoors. Outdoor exposure accelerates wear and deterioration. Garage settings may be covered by the warranty.
- Total Loss:
- The warranty is void if the product or major parts are reported as stolen, missing, or lost.
- Unauthorized Purchases:
- The warranty does not extend to products not purchased from the French Fitness website or an authorized French Fitness reseller.
- Accident and Misuse:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- Damage caused by parts not manufactured or sold by us.
- Damage from product modifications.
- Damage from service by anyone other than us or an authorized warranty service provider.
- Damage from failure to provide necessary care as outlined in the owner's manual. The customer is responsible for reasonable and necessary maintenance including proper cleaning and lubrication.
- Defaced Serial Number:
- The warranty does not cover products with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers.
- Service Calls and Customer Instruction:
- The warranty does not cover service calls for operating instructions, installation, setup, or adjustments.
- Ineligible Warranty Service:
- If a product submitted for warranty service is found ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be provided. Repairs will be made upon customer request and receipt of payment or acceptable payment arrangements.
Additional Warranty Costs
Additional warranty costs will be incurred when:
- Canceling a service appointment after the service provider is already en route to your location or failing to cancel at all.
- Misplacing parts or causing delays for the service provider due to customer-related issues.
- Not being present or unable to provide access to the equipment when the service provider arrives, resulting in idle time.
- Providing incorrect address information, leading to reshipment of parts.
- Losing parts or failing to return requested parts.
- French Fitness reserves the right to charge additional fees to the customer for any of the above reasons.
Additional Terms & Restrictions
- To qualify for warranty coverage, the customer must present the sales receipt showing the date of purchase. This document will serve as your “proof-of-purchase”. Any evidence of alteration, erasure, or forgery of the proof-of-purchase documents will void this warranty.
- The warranty period begins once the product has been delivered and received by the customer.
- The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- This warranty is valid only if the product is assembled and installed according to the product’s instructions and manual.
International Warranty Terms
- Outside the USA and Canada, the warranty covers all parts for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Labor is not included in this warranty.
- Gym accessories and free weights come with a 30-day warranty. If an item becomes non-functional due to breakage, we will replace it free of charge. Please note that cosmetic defects (such as chunks of rubber missing), gashes, and other wear and tear are not covered unless reported within 7 days of receipt of the items.
- Cosmetic defects are covered for the first 7 days upon receipt of the items.
- We provide phone and email support with technicians who can assist you in diagnosing issues and guiding you through the installation of replacement parts.
- If we send parts under the warranty, we will cover all shipping charges for warrantied parts. The customer also agrees to return any unused, defective, or old parts using the provided return shipping label. Failure to return parts replaced will void the warranty.

Except as explicitly stated in this warranty, we make no other warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We expressly disclaim all warranties not outlined in this warranty. Any implied warranties imposed by law are limited to the terms of this warranty.
Neither French Fitness nor our affiliates shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
For customers residing in states that do not permit limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state. This is the sole express warranty applicable to French Fitness branded products. We do not assume nor authorize anyone to assume any other express warranty on our behalf.

Full Assembly & Installation (491)
ASSEMBLY & ROOM OF CHOICE INSTALLATION NEEDED?
Your machine(s) are placed on the closest curb to your location accessible by a 24 foot box truck. If you don't have a curb it will be the end of the driveway / part of your property closest to the street. It is a 1 person delivery, and it will arrive in a crate. The truck will back up, use a liftgate, and drop the pallet off. The customer will be responsible for placing the machine where they want it, as well as removing / disposing of packaging. Some products will arrive disassembled, and some fully assembled. See the product page for more info, or contact us if you need any clarification on whether or not this method will apply to your situation. Shipping transportation time is 2-14 Business Days if you’re in the lower 48 states, and longer outside.
This means it will likely ship Fedex if ordered alone, or with another similar sized item, and drop off where most Fedex boxes drop off to. However if this is a a part of a bigger order, like a large item and this item are part of the same order, or many smaller items, and the size and weight become too costly for Fedex, it will ship via freight and deliver curbside.
The LTL Freight Carrier we hire would come equipped with a liftgate, and a pallet jack, and the driver would take it as far as it could go on a pallet jack. This service only includes going across gravel / concrete, so, if there are barriers such as stairs, softer dirt, grass, a ledge, or a width that is less wide than the crate, then this service would not suffice. The carrier will not do any unpacking or debris removal with this service. Typically this service would get it to the customers garage.
This would involve us shipping to your place directly by Fedex or Curbside via Freight, then once received, you would contact an assembler to move the item to the room of choice and assemble. With this option, you (the customer) would be responsible for debris removal. To know if the item ships by Fedex or Curbside via Freight, our online checkout will state this. If Fedex, Fedex would deliver the item(s) in box(es) to your door - or wherever Fedex / UPS Ground would typically drop off packages. If Curbside via Freight, it would be delivered curbside on a pallet and it would be your responsibility to move into a safe area until the assembler shows up - which will typically take about a week.

- Placement of machine in the specified area
Applies to Garage Installs and Room Installs. Scroll down to find option to select. The item will be delivered fully assembled in any room, whether it is up 4 flights of stairs, or needs to be takes apart to fit through a doorway, they will get it done at the 'Room of Choice' Delivery Price - even when it requires up to 3-4 men. Packaging material will be removed and hauled away. Machine will always be received Fully Assembled. Sometimes it will be assembled on site, other times it will be shipped fully assembled. Shipping transportation time is 5-17 Business Days (in addition to the processing time stated on the item page to leave our warehouse), depending on where you are located. Please note the possible wait time for 'room of choice' deliveries. We will need to know exactly where it is going in your home, including width of the most narrow door, info / pics on turns, and number of stairs involved. You can provide this info in the order comments in our checkout, or we will email you after the order is placed. It will need to be proved prior to shipping.
*Please note that room of choice delivery does not include a demonstration of how to use the product, or even plugging it in. The delivery people are movers, not fitness experts. Please note you might be sent an email from us requesting measurements of doorways, and videos / pictures of the path, among other things. Failure to provide correct info could result in delays, as well as your item(s) needing to be redelivered due to the delivery company not having the proper notes to make the delivery.
This applies to Garages, warehouses, etc. The essential rule to meet this rate is to make sure is can be rolled on wheels for the entire path (no ledges or stairs), the path is at least 60" wide, and that it does not need and disassembly. If there is 1 step, ledge, a door, or the path is under 60" wide, then one of the below options will need to be selected. The packaging material will be removed and hauled away. Once the machine ships we will email you tracking numbers, which will tell you the approximate date of arrival. Once the machine arrives to the local delivery terminal, the shipping company will call you at the phone number(s) provided to schedule a delivery time. They are flexible on the dates, and would generally provide a 2-4 hour window in terms of when they would deliver. Please note it will not be delivered until the company gets in contact with you to setup a delivery time with the phone number(s) you provide us. Please provide any additional contact methods under 'Order Comments' to ensure quick delivery. Also, in cases when you are unavailable or out of town, delivery can be delayed up to 1 month by the shipping company at no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: These notes do not apply to Northern California or International deliveries (See below).

The French Fitness Napa Pullover Plate Loaded provides a plate loaded solution for athletes and facilities focused on upper body strength, back development, and long term durability.
This machine features smooth, guided movement that targets the latissimus dorsi while minimizing unnecessary strain on the shoulders and elbows. The dual oversized weight horns allow progressive overload, giving users the ability to increase resistance as strength improves. The slightly angled and adjustable seat supports proper body alignment, helping maintain consistent form throughout the full range of motion.
Built with 3mm high quality ASTM A36 steel tubing and reinforced using Tungsten Inert Gas welding, the frame is engineered for commercial level performance. The electrostatic powder coated finish protects against corrosion and wear in high traffic gym environments. High density PU leather cushions provide firm support and comfort during heavy sets.
