The French Fitness Telluride Torso Rotation works your obliques, while several other muscles work to help your core and stabilize your torso. Helps you strengthen your obliques, increase hip mobility, and enhance your capability for activities that demand spinal flexion and extension. The kneeling position encourages better posture and the stabilizing handles provide upper body support to reduce low back stress. The chest pad can be adjusted to fit different torso lengths. Adjustable range of motion to work both sides of the body. The kneeling cushion and large thigh pads stabilize the lower body to ensure safety and a properly aligned kneeling position. Enclosed weight stacks prevent access to moving parts for safety. Heavy-duty gauge steel tubing powder coat finish ensures maximum adhesion and durability.
