Your machine(s) are placed on the closest curb to your location accessible by a 24 foot box truck. If you don't have a curb it will be the end of the driveway / part of your property closest to the street. It is a 1 person delivery, and it will arrive in a crate. The truck will back up, use a liftgate, and drop the pallet off. The customer will be responsible for placing the machine where they want it, as well as removing / disposing of packaging. Some products will arrive disassembled, and some fully assembled. See the product page for more info, or contact us if you need any clarification on whether or not this method will apply to your situation. Estimated delivery timing is confirmed for the specific order after product readiness, destination, access, and provider availability are reviewed. Timing is not guaranteed until the applicable service is booked.

This means it will likely ship Fedex if ordered alone, or with another similar sized item, and drop off where most Fedex boxes drop off to. However if this is a a part of a bigger order, like a large item and this item are part of the same order, or many smaller items, and the size and weight become too costly for Fedex, it will ship via freight and deliver curbside.

The LTL Freight Carrier we hire would come equipped with a liftgate, and a pallet jack, and the driver would take it as far as it could go on a pallet jack. This service only includes going across gravel / concrete, so, if there are barriers such as stairs, softer dirt, grass, a ledge, or a width that is less wide than the crate, then this service would not suffice. The carrier will not do any unpacking or debris removal with this service. Garage placement is available only when the selected provider and service explicitly include it and site access permits it. Curbside service does not include movement into a garage.

With this option, the Step 1 plan uses professional delivery and, when needed, movement provider(s) to place the packaged equipment in an approved dry, secure, accessible, ground-level temporary storage area at your location. The equipment typically remains packaged there for approximately 1–7 days, unless a different estimated interval is confirmed. A professional installer then comes on a later date to move the equipment from storage to the final room, complete the agreed assembly/installation and function check, and remove the packaging and debris.

You are not responsible for unloading the delivery truck, carrying or pallet-jacking the freight, moving the equipment, or assembling it.

Any preliminary response about this option authorizes us to investigate and quote it only; it is not final authorization. Before anything is booked, released, or shipped under this option, we will provide the exact delivery provider, service level, handoff point, temporary storage point, movement owner, installer, crew, included and excluded scope, all-inclusive price, and estimated timing for your final written authorization. The Alternative Installation will proceed only after we receive your final written YES.

Room-of-choice service and any stair carry are subject to site access, product dimensions and weight, provider availability, and written feasibility for the exact machine and scope. The exact crew, included and excluded work, all-inclusive price, and estimated timing will be confirmed before booking. Difficult-access or multi-flight delivery may require additional labor or may not be available.

Packaging material will be removed and hauled away.

We will need to know exactly where it is going in your home, including width of the most narrow door, info / pics on turns, and number of stairs involved. You can provide this info in the order comments in our checkout, or we will email you after the order is placed. It will need to be proved prior to shipping.

*Please note that room of choice delivery does not include a demonstration of how to use the product, or even plugging it in. The delivery people are movers, not fitness experts. Please note you might be sent an email from us requesting measurements of doorways, and videos / pictures of the path, among other things. Failure to provide correct info could result in delays, as well as your item(s) needing to be redelivered due to the delivery company not having the proper notes to make the delivery.

Once your shipment has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. The carrier or service provider will communicate the available appointment or delivery window for the specific shipment. Scheduling flexibility, storage, redelivery, and delay charges vary by provider and must be confirmed for the order. Please provide accurate contact information and any additional contact methods under 'Order Comments' to help avoid scheduling delays. PLEASE NOTE: These notes do not apply to Northern California or International deliveries (See below).

We deliver on our own vehicles for Northern California. No tracking will be provided. We will call you in advance to schedule an appointment. It is usually quicker.
