WARRANTY

Free 90 day warranty Included on all refurbished fitness equipment

We are extremely confident in the fitness equipment we sell and to demonstrate that confidence to the customer we provide a free 90 day parts and on-site labor warranty on all of our refurbished fitness equipment. We also include the option of purchasing an extended 3 year parts and 1 year on-site labor warranty on every machine we sell. There isn't a fitness equipment store in the country that does that - but that is how confident we are in our equipment! The manufacturers new equipment warranty is, in many cases, less than our warranty.

The Warranty period starts the day the machine in delivered to your home.
The Warranty is directly through Fitness Superstore providing convenience for the customer.
If there are defects on arrival, please let us know within a week of delivery, as we will fix the defect and restart the warranty once the defect is fixed.
The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser from Fitness Superstore.
For warranty service in Northern California, we will send one of our fitness repair technicians to your home to fix your machine.
For Warranty service throughout the United States and Canada, we have a network of fitness technicians that we will send to your home to diagnose and repair.
It will usually take about 1 week after we are notified for the service technician to come to your home to diagnose.

Residential or Commercial?

If the machine is being used by a business or in any commercial environment (a gym, hotel, apartment complex, club, etc), then the commercial warranty will apply. If the machine is used in a home or residence, then the 'residential' warranty will apply. Please contact us if you are not sure which option will apply to you

Warranty Coverage

The warranty will cover all issues that are not listed below. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you are unsure if you will be covered. The following will void the warranty:

Any issue caused by the user engaging in an activity which the operational manual specifically warns against doing.
Any issue caused by the user disassembling, or reassembling the machine.
Warranty Service outside the United States / Canada. Our Warranty is only valid in the United States / Canada only. If you are outside the United States we may be able to provide a warranty on different terms.
Water, Fire, Heat, or Wind Damage.
Cosmetic Defects. If there are any cosmetic concerns you have about your product, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your machine, and we will address them then.
An electrical issue caused by using a bypass such as an extension cord to power the machine, or directly caused by a person while accessing electrical components of the machine by disassembling parts of covers.
The machine being left in an outdoor setting. Leaving the machine outdoors causes the machine to wear and deteriorate significantly quicker than indoors and is not recommended. Use of the machine in a garage setting is covered by the warranty.
The Warranty does not cover Total Loss. If the product, or major parts to the machine, are reported as stolen/missing the warranty is void.
The 'residential' warranty will become void if the machine is used in a commercial setting.
