Free 90 day warranty Included on all used fitness equipment

We are extremely confident in the fitness equipment we sell and to demonstrate that confidence to the customer we provide a free 90 day parts and labor warranty on all of our used and refurbished fitness equipment. We also include the option of purchasing an extended 3 year parts & labor warranty on every pre-owned machine we sell - even machines known to have repair issues like the Expresso Fitness s2u. There isn't a used fitness equipment store in the country that does that - but that is how confident we are in our exercise machines.

The Warranty is directly through Fitness Superstore providing convenience for the customer.
The Warranty period starts the day the machine in delivered to your home
If there are defects on arrival, please let us know within a week of delivery, as we will fix the defect and restart the warranty once the defect is fixed.
The warranty is non transferable and only valid to the original purchaser from Fitness Superstore
For warranty service in Northern California, we will send one of our fitness repair technicians to your home to fix your machine
For Warranty service throughout the United States, we have a network of fitness technicians that we will send to your home to diagnose and repair.
It will usually take about 1 week after we are notified for the service technician to come to your home to diagnose.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty will cover all issues not listed below. However, the following will void the warranty. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you are unsure if you will be covered.

Any issue caused by the user engaging in an activity which the operational manual specifically warns against doing.
Use of the machine is a commercial facility. If the machine is being used in a gym setting, health club, or any commercial type of enviroment, we are able to provide a warranty on different terms. So please contact us prior to your purchase if that is the case
Warranty Service outside the United States. Our Warranty is only valid in the United States. If you are outside the United States we may be able to provide a warranty on different terms
Water, Fire, Heat, or Wind Damage
Cosmetic Defects. If there are any cosmetic concerns you have about your product, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your machine, and we will address them.
An electrical issue caused by using a bypass such as an extension cord to power the machine, or directly caused by a person while accessing electrical components of the machine by disassembling parts of covers
The machine being left in an outdoor setting, even if it is not exposed to rain. Leaving the machine outdoors causes the machine to wear and deteriorate significantly quicker than indoors and is not recommended. Use of the machine in a garage setting is covered by the warranty.
The Warranty does not cover Total Loss. If the product, or major parts to the machine, are reported as stolen/missing and nowhere to be found the warranty is void.

New Equipment Warranty

All new equipment we sell includes a warranty covered by the manufacturer. The warranty paperwork will be included when you receive your machine. We have the warranty time period posted in the product details page. We can assist with any questions you may have, but the manufacturer will be your best source.
