NEW equipment

All equipment listed as new will include the full manufacturers warranty.

What Does It Include:

Covers any mechanical or electronic issues whatsoever, which are causing the machine to not work like new

Covers 100% labor costs and unlimited on-site technician diagnostic and repair visits

Covers 100% parts replacement including structural moving parts such as bearings, pulleys, cables, motors, and batteries, etc. (if causing the machine to not function)

Covers wearable parts such as heart rate monitors, pedals, treadmill decks, running belts, and track wheels, etc (if causing the machine to not function)

Covers software issues including error screen messages, program mal-functions, and console resets

Residential or Commercial

Residential

If the machine will be used in a home for personal use by the purchaser and extended family only

commercial

If the machine will be used by a business or in a commercial environment (gym, hotel, apartment complex, school, military station, etc.)

Warranty period starts the day the product is delivered to your location.

Parts, Labor, and Travel Time to your home / facility will be covered.

Warranty is directly through Fitness Superstore and is non-transferable; valid only through original purchaser

A technician will be dispatched 1-2 weeks from the date that the customer sends us the details of the service request, including any additional info requested by Fitness Superstore.

Warranty service in Northern California will be performed by our in house technicians. Warranty service outside Northern California will be performed by a trusted member of our nationwide network of technicians

If there are any cosmetic defects on arrival, please contact us within a week of delivery so we can fix the issue. If we are not notified within a week, it will not be covered.

What is Not Included?

  • Standard Maintenance (Labor not covered): These are things that require just a wrench and adjusting a nut to calibrate, and / or adjusting tension knobs to fix or adjust. Directions will be provided to the user to make these adjustments, and we can ship a tool to do the adjustment, or the cleaning material, if requested.

    • Adjusting leveling feet
    • Adjusting tension of treadmill belts
    • Adjusting tensions of cables on strength equipment
    • Calibrating the equipment
    • Lubrication of equipment including walking belts
    • Cleaning of displays, grips and also removal of debris from ramps, wheels, and other moving parts to prevent buildup and issues

  • Woodway Belt Disclaimer: For all Woodway Treadmills, we ship used belts, unless the option of a new belt is selected when purchasing. They are guaranteed to be 100% functional. They are guaranteed to work like new under the warranty. If the belt malfunctions, we will replace the appropriate part on the belt (Not the entire). They will be replaced with used belt parts. The used belt parts will make the treadmill work like new again, but they will not be brand new. Note that this only applies to all Woodways, and belts are fully covered on other treadmills.

  • Any mechanical, software and cosmetic issues that are a direct result of improper use, physical damage, or the user engaging in an activity which the operational manual specifically warns against doing or caused by the user disassembling/reassembling the machine.

  • Cosmetic defects including but not limited to scratches, broken plastic, peeling stickers/logos/overlays, discoloration, etc., unless defective on arrival. If cosmetics defects are present, they must be reported within 1 week of receipt of the machine.

  • Water, fire, heat, wind, or elemental damages: This type of damage will likely occur if the machine is left in an outdoor setting. Leaving the machine exposed to outdoor elements causes the machine to wear and deteriorate significantly quicker than indoors. Garage settings are covered by the warranty.

  • The warranty does not cover Total Loss. If the product or major parts to the machine, are reported as stolen/missing the warranty is void.

  • The residential warranty will become void if the machine is used in a commercial setting.

    NOTE: under the warranty that we will send parts out. Failure to return any unused / defective / old parts with the return shipping label provided, will void the warranty

    NOTE: the warranty will void if the customer fails to show for a scheduled service call with the technician, until they pay the technician directly. The technician will charge if they are dispatched. If the customer is not home and doesn’t communicate it they are responsible for the trip charge.

    Warranty labor service is only valid in the United States/Canada.

  • Please Acknowledge Section 14 of Terms & Conditions for "Additional Warranty Costs".

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

We do offer a parts warranty for all international transactions. Please note that it will be parts only, and does not include labor. We do, however, have technicians available by phone and email who can walk you through installing or diagnosing the issue, and appropriate part to replace. All remanufactured items which ship internationally will include a 1 year parts warranty, along with the option of purchasing an extended parts warranty of 2, 3, 4, or 5 years total. You can select the option, and view costs on the product page on our website by selecting the appropriate parts & labor warranty (which will be parts only when shipper outside the USA or Canada). Please note that Fitness Superstore will cover all shipping charges related to shipping warrantied parts internationally. Please also note that new products will include the manufacturers warranty, which may or may not be valid for items shipped outside the USA.

NOTE: WE ONLY SERVICE EQUIPMENT WE SELL THAT IS STILL UNDER OUR WARRANTY.
