There is no reason for a Chargeback to ever be filed. If You think that Your credit card, debit card or Payment Method was used fraudulently on the Website, or if You want to RETURN or CANCEL an order, or for any other concern, please Contact Us for immediate resolution. We will be happy to help You.

Section 1: Chargebacks
1.1 We accept the payment methods published at You must provide authorization through clicking “I Agree” for every payment. Your authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card or payment method.
1.2 If you want to dispute an order or charge, please file a return or cancellation.
1.3 We do not require customers to waive their right to dispute card transactions. If you believe your credit card, debit card, or payment method was used fraudulently on the website, or if you want to return or cancel an order, please contact us for immediate resolution. We will be happy to assist you.
1.4 We do not recover chargeback amounts by recharging your card. In the event of a chargeback, we may pursue other means, such as legal action, debt collectors, or other lawful methods, to recover revenue lost to chargebacks.

Section 2: Contesting Chargebacks
2.1 You agree to assist us, at your expense, to investigate your transaction regarding a chargeback. You agree to cooperate and provide all information that we request from you for the purposes of investigating and/or contesting a chargeback.
2.2 We reserve the right to contest and recover chargebacks from you, even if the availability of the website or our products or services to you has been terminated for any reason.

Section 3: Return of “Product Not As Described”
3.1 If you want to dispute an order or charge, please file a return or cancellation.
3.2 Return shipping is at your expense. If the payment method provider resolves a chargeback in your favor, you acknowledge and agree to return the product to us at your own expense within the specified return period.

Section 4: Chargeback Fraud
4.1 Attempting to dispute a valid charge is fraudulent and illegal. We do not tolerate chargeback fraud.
4.2 If you attempt to dispute or deny a valid charge, we will contact you directly, giving you ten (10) calendar days to reverse your dispute.
4.3 Failure to resolve the dispute may result in legal action, collection activities, and reporting your account as delinquent to credit bureaus.

Section 5: Chargeback Abuse Policy
5.1 You agree not to abuse any payment method provider’s chargeback policy and this chargeback policy.
5.2 We reserve the right to report chargeback incidents to designated databases, making it difficult for abusers to use credit cards on future purchases.

5.3 Unresolved chargeback abuse issues will be reported to major credit bureaus, chargeback abusers databases, and collection companies.
