The French Fitness Napa Combo Twist trains multiple muscle groups simultaneously, resulting in complete body fitness that builds strength and speed from the ground up. Perform unilateral or bilateral exercises by positioning the weights at different points and changing the movement on each side. Features four (4) pegs for increased weight and varied points, giving users a more challenging workout. The angled handle design allows you to comfortably push and pull while putting the least amount of strain on your wrists and shoulders, allowing you to get the most out of your training. Includes two (2) built-in plate storage horns for storing extra weight and saving time while performing repetitions. Hand grips are made of a non-absorbent, wear-and-tear-resistant rubber composite. For maximum security, the pre-drilled holes can be utilized to secure the machine to the floor.
