The French Fitness Napa Iso-Lateral High Row focuses on the latissimus dorsi and several other muscles in the shoulders, back, and lats, making it an excellent back muscle builder. The machine's iso-lateral motion allows for equal muscle stimulation and strength development. As you pull the bar up and down, the forearm muscles, along with other rotator cuff muscles, work as aids. The ergonomically designed grips and lever angles make this machine easy on the wrists, elbows, and shoulder joints. The rollers, chest, and seat are all padded and PU leather-wrapped. The rollers and seat are adjustable to comfortably accommodate a wide range of users. The chest pad helps position and support your chest as you pull the bar in an up and down motion.
