The French Fitness Tahoe Hip Abductor (Outer Thigh) targets the muscle group located in the outer thighs and around the glutes, which together, move the leg away from the body, improve balance, and provide stability. Features padded seat and back support, making sure your form is proper to prevent injury. The frame's design helps you keep your balance and allows you to handle heavier loads without sacrificing your form. The kneepads offer leg support around the knees. The weight stack in front of the user serves as a privacy shield, and the weight selection pin's magnetic locking mechanism makes it simple to choose the right weight. Made from heavy-duty gauge steel tube with a powder coat finish for optimal durability and adherence.
