The French Fitness Water Rowing Machine is made of genuine ash wood that not only looks great but delivers a sturdy, smooth experience. Features an innovative 180-degree easy fold upright design that allows users to store it conveniently. The 19-Liter translucent water tank simulates rowing on real water while exercising almost all of the major muscle groups, providing a full-body workout that targets your stomach, shoulders, upper back, arms, glutes, and legs. The core shaft components adopt fine steel bearings which slide smoothly and drive silently bringing more powerful load-bearing capacity. It comes with a 42-inch extra-long sliding seat rail that can accommodate athletes of all sizes. The bench has 8 wheels to create a smooth motion with very little noise. The ergonomically designed 3D seat offers the best possible comfort while rowing and the large, textured, non-slip footrests with adjustable velcro straps fit any foot size. The sturdy rubber feet offer safety and anti-skid properties for all kinds of flooring. The five (5) transport wheels allow this rower to be moved around easily, and the folded storage position gives a small footprint while not in use.
